Shavasana Meditation:

Description: Shavasana meditation is done lying down on our backs. I will guide you through the first part of the meditation helping you let go of each part of your body, allowing the body to relax, clear itself and rejuvenate. The intense letting go removes any fear within the body which allows the body to shift to a higher love frequency. In this frequency the body functions at a much higher level. The endocrine system kicks into high gear releasing euphoric and healing hormones into the body.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and or pillow for the meditation. When the body is in deep meditation it cools down. The blanket will keep you warm so you don’t get uncomfortable and distracted by the cool down.

 


Meditation Workshop: @ the Dolphin Studio in Leominster on 6/26: 2hr Meditation workshop for just $30. The class will teach mediation and energy basics as well as touch on topics like the law of attraction and the chakras. Dolphin Studio is located at 435 Lancaster St.3rd fl, Leominster, Ma. Class will start at 5:15.


Gold’s Gym: *** This class will resume in the Fall*** Meditation at Gold’s Gym in Marlborough every Sunday’s at 10:00 am. The cost is $10 dollars and the meditation is 30 minutes long. Those wishing to particiapte should bring a blanket as your body temp will drop. There are extra mats you can use in the studio if you need extra cushion.


Wednesday Night Meditation: The wednesday night meditation gives you the chance to treat yourself to a guided meditation from the comfort of your own home. The Meditation starts at 8pm. You will be guided as if you are laying on your yoga mat or bed. We will go into deep meditation so please make sure you use a blanket as your body temp will drop. Phone Meditation Tips:

1. Turn off anything that may disturb you from your meditation such as cell phones.
2. Be sure you will be warm enough. Your body temp will drop during deep mediation. We don’t want to feel distracted by the cold.
3. Set a mood. Light a candle and some incense and dim your lights.
4. Wear loose and comfortable clothing so that your body can breath.
5. Adjust your pillow so that the back of your neck has some support. When you let go of your body you want to make sure your breathing isn’t obstructed.
6. Be sure your household members know to be quiet and to not disturb you during your relaxing time.
